#newyearnewbody

I know, I know. How many blogs does one girl need.

But I want to keep this one slightly separate. It's anonymous, it's not listed, and it's really just a way for me to keep myself accountable as I make my way through 2011, in manageable six week chunks, losing weight and getting fit along the way.

My goals:

  • keep a food diary here, and be honest about it, good days and bad
  • exercise regularly
  • keep a note of the exercise I do - and the excuses I give when I don't!
  • be honest about why I got fat

That's it, really.
